Using your favorite brand or existing blast cabinet, upgrade it now to powered turntable blasting automation.  Worried about programming?  Don’t.  The included control panel includes an touchscreen display that allows the operator to adjust the start and stop positions, change the rotation speed, change the number of blast passes, and jog in manual mode at slow speed with the blast door open (for nozzle alignment and coverage assurance).

PURCHASING NOTES:  Hand cabinet not included.  Customer to verify form, fit, and function of intended blasting cabinet to be used with this product.  Customer responsible for cutting hole in grating plate of cabinet and proper installation.  PLC Control Panel to be field located.  PLC Control Panel can control external devices such as single axis oscillators and other equipment.  Consult with our engineers, electrical drawings, user manuals and PLC technical capabilities to determine the PLC Control Panel’s proper use.  PLC control panel comes preprogrammed with a generic movement program.  Customer to reprogram per needs immediately post-installation before running the oscillator system for the first time.
