Our drop in oscillating nozzle blasting attachment will allow your operator to concentrate on value added tasks while this automated nozzle control system is blasting your product with efficiency, accuracy, and repeatability. Using a precision stepper motor, this automated linear ball screw actuator is accurate in position and speed while blasting your part surface. Also, since the nozzle oscillator is an addition to your hand cabinet, you can task the operator with final touch up as you always have.

The network based connectivity between the PLC and the plug n play stepper motor makes installation easy. A brake is included with the motor to ensure the gun mount/nozzles will not drift downward while not in motion.
