WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE?

You will receive a pallet with a box or boxes packed with our blasting attachments or equipment.  The installation of equipment are a collaboration between Automation Ready Panels expert engineers and you, our valued customer.  We are available through email, call, or chat to work through any issues or questions you may have during installation, commissioning, or operations.  There is also included an installation guide and quick start operations guide to kick-start your experience.  This makes for more cost-effective products and training.

CAN I REQUEST A CHANGE TO ONE OF THE STANDARD DESIGNS?

Yes.  Please use the Contact Us page and let us know your request.  We value helping our customer partnerships and want to solve their most pressing issues.

ARE ALL ARP DESIGNS IN STOCK AND READY FOR SHIPPING?

Sometimes. High volume designs are kept partially assembled and ready. Configurable designs are stocked as sub-assemblies and are partially build and ready to finish. Low volume designs still have a quick turnaround but are not stocked. ARB’s business model supports an on-demand/product warehouse hybrid operating system.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Automation Ready Blasting values its relationship with you, but due to the nature of product configuration and customization, we do not offer returns on products or accessories.

Returns for Products and Accessories: Unless you have a separate agreement with Automation Ready Blasting, or except as provided below, all hardware, accessories, peripherals, parts may not be returned to Automation Ready Blasting for any kind of credit or refund. Any product returned to Automation Ready Blasting without prior authorization from Automation Ready Blasting will be considered an unauthorized return, and you will not receive credit for the product and Automation Ready Blasting will not ship the product back to you.

Exceptions to Automation Ready Blasting Return Policy:

Order Cancellation Grace Period: If you decide within 4 hours of the purchase that the item(s) are not needed, a full refund will be credited. You must contact Automation Ready Blasting in writing within 4 hours. After such time as elapsed, materials will be ordered and fabrication will commence.

DOES ARB ACCEPT CREDIT OR EXTEND TERMS?

In some cases, yes.  It depends on a credit check, the company’s prior relationship with ARB, and the extent of the terms extended. Standard terms extended are:

60% upon invoice, due immediately (prior to purchasing of panel hardware)
30% upon manufacturing completion of the blasting system, equipment, or attachment.
10% upon customer acceptance (if customer has history with ARB) and has terms setup with ARB (net 30 terms are
acceptable). If customer has no history and or does not have adequate terms setup with ARB, then 10% will be due prior to shipping product(s).

Customer acceptance:  The customer will be sent pictures of the product(s) prior to scheduling for shipment for approval. If required, the customer can be sent videos, conference chat, or other forms of digital communications to satisfy concerns about quality and workmanship. For programming services, the programming code files will be sent for review and approval. If specified/requested and hardware is present, simulation may be presented to the customer via conference chat as well. Once 7 days have passed without receiving approval communication for services rendered, customer acknowledges approval will be automatic, and the sales order finalized and invoiced.
